What should I do if I'm not sure what kind of logo I want?
Take it easy! We are here for you – visual identity experts who are willing to create an excellent logo for you business purposes. Give us much information as you can in your design survey and be positive to get a logo that will work perfectly for your company image.

How many designs will you send me to choose from?
We will start out with 3-4 mock-ups. Once you review offered designs you can choose one of them as a basis for the further overpatching or let us know why these design variants don’t work for you.
That will give us a better understanding of your needs and provide guidelines for redesigning. We will continue working at your logo design until you are completely satisfied.

Are there extra fees for extra colors or effects?
None. Any choice of colors along with special effects for no extra charge.

When will I receive initial logo designs?
Give us five days and you will see first logo designs created just for you.

How will you deliver my new logo?
Your logo files will be send to your e-mail address, so you will be able to start using them immediately.

Can I use my new logo on my website?
Yes. Your logo will be send to you in a Web-ready files (GIF and JPG) of different sizes, so you’ll have no problems using your logo design on your website.

Where else can I use my logo?
You'll be supplied with digital files for any purpose, including vector AI and EPS, high-resolution TIFF for print, Web-ready JPG and GIF, and more.

Why do other logo designers offer logo design service at $149 or even $99?
It is like buying a brand new car for a $1000. Hardly seems possible? Original designs don’t come for free. Use of clip art, recycled designs or simply copying existing designs can bring the price down. And if you are ready to take a chance – go for it.

At Toucan Design, we guarantee you 100% original and unique designs that were never used before. Beyond that we provide unlimited design changes, variety of colors and effects, any formats that you need. And this work has a price. We are not a charity organization. We do business and we do it well!

I live in a different country. Can I order a logo from you?
Your location makes no difference to us. We cooperate with the companies throughout the world: USA, and Canada, all Europe, South America, Mid East, and Southeast Asia. Working online gives us a chance to erase the borders in communication.
But if you have any concerns about making your payments using credit cards? We accept Checks, PayPal, wire transfers and Western Union.

Who owns the copyright to my logo?
Toucan Design will sign over all rights associated with the ownership and use of materials created for you upon receipt of your final payment for your logo design.
